Track Emails

Outlook Email Tracker will allow you to track just about anything in relation to the emails coming into your business. Once emails have been responded to, they will be allocated a reason code.  Each organisation will define their own reason codes.  You will see, displayed on an intuitive dashboard, in real time, emails received, response times, who responded, what reason codes have been applied and whether or not email performance targets have been met.  Using this information, you will be able to make improvements and improve email productivity across your organisation.

Monitor Shared Mailboxes

Outlook Email Tracker will count how many emails are received into shared mailboxes and how many are responded to.  It will tell you who responded and how long it took them to respond.  You will be able to see which individuals are meeting their SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and who is not.  Outlook Email Tracker will give you the data you need to ensure that everyone is sharing the workload, targets are met and email productivity is improved.

Monitor Email Causes

Analysing email causes using the reason codes applied to each email is a useful exercise to determine why emails are coming into your organisation. For example, it might become apparent that a lot of customers are contacting your customer services team to ask the same question about delivery. Sending this information at the point of order or making it more prominent on the website could cut back most of these emails, saving your staff time and improving productivity.

Monitor Email Response Time

Outlook Email Tracker will track when emails are received, when they are responded to and by whom.  Charts on the dashboard will display whether SLAs or KPIs have been achieved or not at an individual level as well as at organisational level.
